Reservation & Reconfirmation: All onwards to return reservations must be reconfirmed whenever there is a break – journey of 72 hours or more. 

Reporting Time at Airport:

For Domestic Flights: 1 hour before Departure on Domestic sector

For Internationals flights: 3 hours before Departure  

Baggage Handling

International Flights

Weight System Allowed Baggage:1) Ist Class: 40 kgs (88 lbs).  2) Exe. Class Adult or Child: 30 kg (66 lbs). 3) Eco. Class: Adults or Child: 20 Kg (44) lbs). Hand Baggage: All babagge whether checked in or carried in hand subject of security check. Security regulations allow only one piece of  hand baggage into the passenger cabin. Passenger Hand (including Transit Pax). Eco. Class: 01 Pc – Not Exceeding 8 Kgs. First / Business: 02 Pcs – Not exceeding total weight 12 kgs. Dimension: Permissible dimension of baggage for all classes 55 x 40 x 20 cms (22” x 16”  x 8”) Sum of three dimensions not exceeding 111 cms (45”). 

Piece System:  for USA/CANADA Passengers. This is Applicable on flights to/from USA and Canada, both when the baggage is through checked to/from USA and Canada, and when a stopover is made at an intermediate point. Weight: 2 Piece weight of each bag must no exceed 23 kgs. Total weight 46 kgs. Some airlines still allow 2 pieces of 32 kg each with a total of 64 kgs. Dimension: 2 Piece of baggage with linear dimensions (length + height + width) of each piece not exceeding 158 cms (62”). 

Baggage Excess Weight

Excess & oversized hand baggage will be retrieved under limited release tag at the airport security check & will be put on the cargo hold. Appropriate excess baggage charges will be levied for the same.

Mishandled Baggage

Incase your baggage has been lost or mishandled by the airlines, please obtain a certificate to that effect from the airlines and get it countersigned by Customs indicating specifically the unutilized portion of the free.
